Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the professional technology, web development, and consulting services provided by Pasham Labs Ltd to business clients.

1. Scope of Work & Transparent Quotes

All projects are preceded by an agreed written scope of work specifying deliverables, estimated timelines, and fixed or milestone-based pricing in GBP (£). Any work requested outside the agreed scope will be quoted transparently before execution.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

You own what we build for you. Upon receipt of full payment for bespoke project work (websites, custom internal software, bespoke scripts), full copyright, source code, design assets, and administrative access pass entirely to the client. Pasham Labs retains ownership of its proprietary pre-existing lab platforms and reusable frameworks.

3. Payments & Rolling Terms

Bespoke development work generally requires a 50% deposit prior to commencement, with the remaining 50% due upon final sign-off before deployment to live production domains. Ongoing services (such as Website Care & Hosting or Local SEO monitoring) operate on a flexible rolling 30-day term without coercive multi-year lock-ins.

4. Governing Law

These terms and any contractual disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
